Sociálně-ekonomická specifika firmy po změně vrcholového managementu

The main objective of the bachelor thesis is a socio-economic analysis of the com-pany and the identification of specific factors of its development after the change of the company's management in the field of business activities. In the theoretical part I characterize the tools of analysis of the external and internal environment of the company, the technique of qualitative and quantitative research and the motivation of the workers. In the empirical part I analyze the internal documents of the firm. I introduce the company under study, its history, organizational structure, economic results and socio-economic specifics over the past seven years. In this part I will discuss the bankruptcy-bonite model of IN05, horizontal and vertical analysis of the in-come statement and ratio analysis using profitability, activity, liquidity and debt ratios. For the social analysis of employee satisfaction, I will use the questionnaire-research method as well as interviews with current and former employees of the company. In conclusion, I will try to summarize the specifics of Unilin Czechia s.r.o. and propose recommendations to reduce possible risks of future losses. Emphasis is placed on the evaluation of the financial and social situation of the company in times of extraordinary social events.

The population in the Central Bohemian manor of Škvorec from the middle of the 18th to the end of the 19th century. Knowledge gained using traditional and advanced methods of historical demography and methods of historical sociology.

The population in the Central Bohemian manor of Škvorec from the middle of the 18th to the end of the 19th century. Abstract The aim of this study is to analyze the reproductive behavior (nuptiality, natality, female and male fertility, mortality) and the social structure of selected groups of the population of the Škvorec manor in the 18th and 19th century. The Škvorec manor which is located in the territory of today's Central Bohemia was an important agricultural area in given period. The complete nominal excerpts from parish registers were used to find numbers of all births, marriages and deaths. In addition to traditional historical- demography methods (especially the family reconstitution method and subsequent calculation of demographic indicators from family leaves), advanced statistical methods (survival analysis, Cox regression model) were also used for data analysis. These approaches are new in Czech historical demography and bring many advantages, which are presented in the work. The natural change of population development at the manor is compared with the Czech lands as a whole and in more detail with selected rural and urban localities. Relation between avant-garde, mass art and kitsch

In my thesis, I will deal with the subject of the relation of high and mass art in the context of the issue of kitsch. The primary sources of my work will be Apocalypse Postponed by Umberto Eco, an essay Avant-Garde and Kitsch by Clement Greenberg and Estetika na přelomu milénia by Pavel Zahrádka. The main subject of the work will be examining the impact of avant-garde to kitsch and mass art and make a structural analysis of the kitsch on the background of the theory about social and cultural layers.
